Got up early, did my Day 5 workout in my hotel room in Tokyo. Kept banging the jumprope against the desk. Need to find a hotel with larger rooms. It doesn't quite seem worth going down to gym when you know you can get the workout done in 20 minutes in the privacy of the room. Nice to do the jumprope barefoot too.
Got back to HK this afternoon. I'm "home alone" for one more week until Veronica and the kids come to HK.
Tomorrow, I plan to do Day 6 workout first thing in morning.
