So far, the workouts have been very manageable. I am actually discovering that I like to jump rope! I have been very hungry on half rations however. Skipped lunch today because I had a business dinner where it's difficult to simply eat half, but managed to consume in moderation - so did not exceed 50% of my typical food intake on a daily basis. Still hungry! I have a feeling the diet part will be tougher for me than the exercise part.
Anyway, looking forward to some jump rope tomorrow
